the game starts to take over ones life kinda like sin and sinful habits become more of ones life.
I know WoW is cheap entertainment, but so are exercising, being outside and enjoying what God created for us to enjoy. Not what man has created to when thousands upon thousands are inside on the computer playing this game that doesn't help them in life. There are many forms of cheap entertainment that I could name, good and bad. It's just that this form starts to take over life and time that could be spent in other areas.
I'm not saying people shouldn't play it at all. I am saying that it should be played in moderation.
--and a side note--God ain't into all that witch craft stuff and getting potions which one character does. What one character, or whatever you want to call them, does effects everyone, even if you aren't the priest thing that casts spells and other "magical" things.

"Everything is permissible for me"—but not everything is beneficial. "Everything is permissible for me"—but I will not be mastered by anything.
Can you say WoW is not beneficial? It provides enjoyment.
Can you say WoW is any of our "masters"? I don't really think you can =/
It definitely is not *my* master, ask anyone and they'll tell you that even though I really like it, i'd rather go out and do something than sit around and play it all day.
I leave WoW to go play frisbee, eat dinner, school...lol I even left a major dungeon to go hang out with Tanya one night (the fateful night that led to all the stuff I might add; if you think about it - if i had just played WoW instead of going, none of that would have happened...LOL, owned)

"Can you say WoW is not beneficial? It provides enjoyment."---WoW is not beneficial to everyone. It provides a way to fill up time that could be used in much better ways for many that play it. I'll stop there.
"Can you say WoW is any of our "masters"? I don't really think you can =/"---tell me you are not that stupidly blind! Many people are masters to many different things, including this game. Just because you aren't doesn't mean everyone is just like you.
"not *my* master"---I don't recall every saying this is BILL'S master. In fact, I don't recall saying anyone specific. I was mearly pointing out that there are evils in this game.
Lastly, it's probably a good thing that you left the game to go out with Tanya that night. It helped you realize that there are other people in the world, that not everyone gets it right the first time, and that sometimes one needs to fall atleast once (in most cases) before they can walk. So yeah I'm glad you went that night...welcome to the real world. Not everything is perfect.
And when I posted that stuff, I never referred to anyone specifically. Instead I referred to all that play and how it affects different people in different ways. If you feel you need to defend yourself in this when you weren't even mentioned or even hinted at, then maybe you need to do some self searching and figure out why you felt the need to defend yourself when NOTHING was said about you.

I feel like you are purposely looking for a fight with me; thats never my intention. I was going to do a point by point rebuttal of this, but it would be pointless - if Isaac or Jared want to step in and field a response, thats fine. I will remain silent on the issue because I do not think you will hear the words I have to say, even as you have not heard the words I have said already.

I actualy have a good group of friends I talk to, every night, through a voice chat system. :P
Unless one discounts the phone, then I disagree.
